The brief was given of converting 3 of the arches into a fish market as well as a sort of food market for smaller stalls to operate from. A place to allow produce caught directly from the harbour to the consumer.
The building being effectively 2 separate entities allows for the function of one without the other. Allowing for either the fish market or the food market to be independently operating.
